Our goal is to fill your life with joy, but sometimes, things don’t go as planned. Maybe it’s not love at first sight or a little imperfection you just can’t embrace—and that’s okay! We’re here to help with a simple and hassle-free return or replacement process.

Our Return Policy covers the process for returns, exchanges, and repairs, so you know exactly what to expect. We’ve made it simple, but if you have any doubts or questions, just give us a shout! We’re here to make everything as smooth as possible and make sure you’re feeling confident about your purchase.

REPLACEMENT AND RETURNS

We hope you fall head over heels for our products! If for any reason you’re not absolutely in love, we’ve got you covered—but only if your item is damaged.

Any requests for refunds or replacements need to be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. So, if something’s not quite right, let us know pronto, and we’ll make it right! Any requests received beyond this timeframe shall not qualify for a return or exchange. No refund or exchange is entertained if the customer has provided the wrong or incomplete shipping address.

INITIATING A REPLACEMENT

It’s as easy as saying goodbye (almost), but in the interest of the planet we do advise that you use this option sparingly. Please follow the process detailed below to initiate a replacement. Once we’ve inspected and approved the returned item, we’ll send out your replacement or process a refund as applicable. We just ask that you part with the product as lovingly as we packed it.

If your purchase meets the return or replacement criteria, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your order with the following details:

  1. Order number
  2. Date of transaction
  3. Delivery address
  4. Details of the defect or damage
  5. Photographs or videos of the item and the packaging it was received in

Our dedicated customer care team will get back to you within 3 working days. If your order qualifies for a replacement or a refund, we will send you instructions to get the ball rolling.

Please return the item as carefully packed as it arrived—Amee herself might have wrapped it with care. And remember, we’re big fans of reducing waste, so let’s avoid creating landfills together.

Please note that all such products will be subject to an inspection on receipt of the product at our warehouse. This is where our hawk eyes come in! If it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.

If it doesn’t meet the criteria, we may have to deny a replacement or refund (ouch!), but we’ll happily ship it back to you at your cost if you wish.

In the rare occurrence that a replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated for the full amount of the damaged product. Your refund will find its way back to your original payment method within 30 days after we’ve inspected the returned item.

CANCELLATION

While we’d love to fulfill every order, we may need to cancel an order from time to time. This could happen for various reasons, and we’ll always do our best to keep things running smoothly. If we do need to cancel your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. Some situations that may lead to cancellation include:

  • Limitations on product availability, including stock shortages;
  • Errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, promotional offers or other details on the Website;
  • Payment verification issues or concerns raised by our credit and fraud prevention department;
  • Quality concerns or product defects identified prior to dispatch;
  • Non-compliance with any of our terms and conditions or legal requirements;
  • Failure to provide additional verification or information upon request.

In the event of cancellation, we will notify you via email at the earliest possible opportunity. If the order is canceled after the payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 30 days.

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, you must submit a formal request via email to customercareatsboh@gmail.com within the frame work of your order type defined by us for product to product. Order cancellation requests shall be entertained solely at our discretion and subject to our prevailing terms & conditions at the time of the request.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders will be governed by their respective Terms of Engagement.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

We’re all about making sure your custom pieces last a lifetime! Please note that this service is available for items based on the iconography on your invoice, which varies product to product as clearly indicated on each product page. Of course, this doesn’t cover the usual wear and tear.

Just send your piece back to us, and we’ll get it looking as good as new. Please note, the cost of shipping to return your item will be covered by you, but we’ll take care of the rest with love, care, and a dash of magic!

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In addition to the details we’ve already covered, there are a few more things to keep in mind when it comes to our Return & Exchange policy. We want to make sure you’re fully informed and confident about your purchase, so take a look at the points below.

  1. The cancellation or amendment of confirmed orders is up to our sole discretion.
  2. Products purchased during a sale period or under discount are not eligible for return or exchange.
  3. No refunds are entertained if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our logistics partner and/ or if the package is refused by the recipient.
  4. In the case of a damaged package, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until our team reviews it. Additionally, please ensure to write “Received Damaged “on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier partner.
  5. Please ensure that the delivery is received in good condition and has not been tampered with, before you accept the package.
